Fight Nightmares and Insomnia with Lucid Dreaming: Herbal Dream Pillows
Insomnia? Nightmares? Tuck Into a Dream Pillow.
For a solid year before my wedding, I dreamed I was stuck repeating high school. Over and over, I'd go to class only to fail a pop quiz in French or forget about a project in Biology. These dreams haunted my nights and my days at work, sapping my confidence and focus.
So, I created these herbal dream pillows to help me fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer, and fight nightmares with awareness of the dream itself ("lucid dreaming").
Within a week of using my little dream pillow, I dreamed something completely unrelated to high school or college, and awoke the next morning actually refreshed. Sometimes the dreams return when I'm stressed, but they're never as all-consuming as they once were.
How to Use Dream Pillows
Tuck this tiny herbal sachet into the front of your normal pillowcase, around where your head would rest naturally. Try to smell it—smell, not snort—when you're trying to fall asleep. That's it!
In the morning, you might have to readjust the dream pillow if it's gotten jostled inside your pillowcase. Remember to take it out before you toss your sheets in the wash!
Dream Pillow Ingredients:
Dried Chamomile, Lavender, Rose Buds, Catnip, Hops, Mugwort, and Yarrow
Dream pillows should be replaced every three months or so. It depends on how much you sweat in your sleep, really. If you find your sachet has become limp and no longer smells strongly, throw it out and replace if needed.
Please see The Card and Vine's FAQ pagefor more aboutthe responsible use of any herbal substances.
